Belsonic Festival headline Former Oasis front man Liam Gallagher's new band Beady Eye

Belsonic Festival headline Former Oasis front man Liam Gallagher's new band Beady Eye have been confirmed to perform in Belfast.

The awesome event held at Custom House Square in Belfast from the 16-17 August, and Beady Eye is a newest addition on the bill which alongside Primal Scream, Dizzee Rascal, Elbow, Plan B and many more.

Front man Laim said "We've never played a festival in Belfast, so I can`t wait for this Belsonic thing"

"It is about time I played an outdoor gig in the city, long overdue"

30 Seconds to Mars is a American rockers, who band have also join the bill.

Belsonic is an external music event which more than 40,000 people attended last year's. This year, a great place and all the biggest acts in music with some good will be good for 7 days, the plan!

Belsonic Festival confirmed bands are 30 Seconds to Mars, Beady Eye and more

Belsonic Festival confirmed bands are 30 Seconds to Mars, Beady Eye, The Vaccines and Example.

The event takes place in Belfast's Custom House Square in August.

30 Seconds to Mars headline to perform on 16th August with Beady Eye playing with support from The Vaccines on August 20th. Meanwhile, Example is set to join Dizzee Rascal, who was previously announced as a headliner for August 17th.

Belsonic Festival tickets cost at £32.50 for Beady Eye and £31.50 for 30STM go on sale this Friday 6th at 9am.

Further more band include to Belfast Belsonic 2011 with Liam Gallagher's Beady Eye, American rockers 30 Seconds To Mars, London rapper Example and great-indie hopefuls The Vaccines now all playing Custom House Square in August.Jared Leto's band will perform the city first on Tuesday August 16th with special guests for the gig to be announced.

Example will perform Wednesday 17th August with recent collaborator on the Stone Roses-sampling 'Unorthodox' Wretch 32 also appearing.

Then Beady Eye and The Vaccines perform together on Saturday August 20 with more special guests to be announced.

Primal Scream, Elbow, Plan B and The Specials are line-up at the mini-festival.

Tickets for the Beady Eye and 30 Seconds dates go on sale this Friday, May 6 at 9am at £32.50 and £31.50 respectively.

Belsonic Festival headline Liam Gallagher's new band Beady Eye confirmed to perform in this year 2011.

Previous month the band, made up of ex-Oasis members Gallagher, Gem Archer and Andy Bell, performed to a packed Ulster Hall.

According to the reporter Belsonic on Saturday, August 20, Gallagher said Belfast was a special place about perform.

He said, “The people in Northern Ireland are always so up for it — they just get it,” he said.

“It's like they know something nobody else does. But we've never played a festival in Belfast. It's about time I played an outdoor gig in the city, long overdue.”

Beady Eye and 30 Seconds To Mars tickets go on sale Friday May 6 at 9am

Belsonic Festival headline ELBOW, The Specials, and Primal Scream

Belsonic Festival headline ELBOW, The Specials, and Primal Scream are set to perform in this year.

This music festival event takes place at Belfast’s Custom House Square on August, and confirmed acts are including Dizzee Rascal and Plan B.

Last year at least 40,000 people attended and this year

Some 40,000 people attended last year’s event and this year the setlist just as popular promises.

The Manchester band release of their fourth album The Seldom Seen Kid, they will perform o the stage in Custom House Square on August 24.
